Quality products

VSARS has advanced and reliable production technologies that allow us to create quality products and contain production times and costs to be competitive in an increasingly demanding market. 90% of the processes necessary to produce an air, oil or fuel filter are carried out in our factories, starting with the production of the filtration elements and the molding of metal and polyurethane components, passing through the assembly phases up to to the final inspection of each finished product. A fundamental part of our production process is the constant control of every detail. We are equipped with in-line testing systems that verify 100% of the filters produced and we have a laboratory inside where checks are carried out on the incoming materials and functional tests on the finished products.

From stamping to paper pleating to assembling the final products, Vsars is able to finish the whole manufacturing process of automotive filters products in one stop. We keep a watchful eye over the craft, quality and safety standards of everything we produce.

Assembly

On the assembly line, Vsars skillful workers put the base plate on the conveyor belt, load the anti-drain back valve, the filter element, support spring, and filter canister on the base plate in order.

Seamer

After passing the assembly line, the filter edges will be folded down to form a rim by using a seamer machine.

Leak Detection

In Leak Detection, filters are placed on the test machine and covered by water. Our quality inspectors visually check whether there are any bubbles in the water.

Printing

In this step, filters are transferred to the automatic screen printing machine for automatic silk screen printing and printed with the required text and logo.

Packaging

After undergoing rigorous tests to ensure filters' proper function, the filters will be packaged into the boxes, pallets, and containers step by step, ensuring safe delivery to customers.
